At Lovepop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your magical paper art. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused Lovepop card back into its original protective sleeve and shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand the package to your local mail carrier or drop it at a designated shipping location; your refund will be processed once the item is received at our warehouse.
